What's with the hands?
Why is it that Italians can have an entire conversation without uttering a single word? It all started in the late 1800s with Dante's Divine Comedy. Here actors acted out the play and used body language as well as hand gestures to communicate. This has evolved into modern Italians developing other hand gestures and body language to get their points across.
